Lovely family room for 4-5 (6)persons, so enough place for us three; simple and well fitted facilities inside the room itself.
Great hospitality, Kim and Andy were always helpfull and kind; we got everything we needed or asked.
Good scottish or continental breakfast.
Guesthouse located in a quiet street.
Location
20 to 30 min walking or busses every 3 min towards city centre of Edinburgh.
Unfortunatly, we had not enough with 5 days to enjoy numbers of attractive places and activities(including pubs and restaurants) .
We recorded more than 30 TOP parts of our visit (Tattoo-festival-streets artists-pubs-museum,...)
W'll come back as soon as possible!

Kim & Andy went out there way to accomadate all of your needs. They were very helpful and made you feel very welcome.

THEY ARE A VERY HELLPFUL TEAM.BREAKFAST IS EXCELLENT ANDTHE ROOMS ARE OUTSTANDING. VERY CLEAN EACH DAY. WILL DEFINITELY BOOKMY STAY AGAIN FURTHER ON THAT IS ME AND MY FAMILY.

Our room was a good size for the four of us. My only criticism is that our ensuite was too small and the water temperature of the shower was hard to regulate. Other than that we enjoyed the Clarin, our beds were comfortable, the breakfasts were great and the owners were very friendly and helpful.
Location
It was in a very convenient location - only about a 20 minute walk from the city centre and a short walk (about 5 minutes) to a local shopping centre.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Clarin Guest House. The proprietors were very friendly and helpful. Our family room was well decorated and very comfortable with plentiful supplies of tea, coffee, milk etc. Our breakfasts were well cooked and nicely presented. The Clarin lived up to all our expectations and we will definately book again if we visit Edinburgh.
Location
The Clarin Guest House is in a good central location with a good bus service just at the end of the street. For those who like to walk, it is about a 15 minute walk into the city centre.
