The standard of the room was excellent compared to the price pr. night. The facilities at the Guest House was excellent compared to price pr. night. Kim and Andy was excellent hosts. Very helpful, informative and flexible. Furthermore they produced lovely breakfast every morning.
Location
The Guest House is placed in reasonable distance from the city center - walking: 20 minutes (we can recommend walking) and Bus: 5 minutes. There are buses running every five/ten minutes to the city center. The best sights are in the city center.

Kim, our host, was wonderful. she was kind, generous and looked after us with lots or care. We were comfortable in our rooms and we felt it was value for money. Breakfast time was flexable and we really appriciated that as we came in late at night and did not get too early.
Kim is a great host. We would recommend her to our friends and family.

Good location and access to city centre. Bit dissapointed with no hot water in the shower in bedroom, no toilet paper in the last 2 days of stay. Owners very nice.

I enjoyed my vistit in Edinburg, we had a perfect weather and the beer was perfect.

Room and breakfast were excellent. Andy and Kim were terrific hosts. The location of the Bed and Breakfast was great for getting in to Edinburgh.

The place in Clarin Geust House is so nice, tidy and clean. As I visit Edinburgh not in a peak season, there is so quiet and i can even stay in a single room(with 2 beds)even i visit alone. The price for me is ok.

The Host, Kim and Andy are so nice. They are initative to show me the way and how to visit in Edinburgh. It's so touching to have their kind serving. Although the tiolent needs to be shared, i think it's not a big deal since there'r just 4 rooms in the same floor. The food is nice. Even i don't get used to eat the English Breakfast, they are so kind to serve me with the food (fruit) which fits me. I do recommend visitors to stay in there(especially if you're a female and alone...it's safe)

The host was very friendly and the breakfast was fine. In comparison with my experiences of other B&Bs in England / Wales and Scotland up to now (I have visited approx. 13 B&Bs) I must say that it was the lowest status regarding the comfort of the room and the modernity of the bathroom (the shower there was not inviting). There was another shower IN the room just put into a corner and this was heavily affecting the feeling of comfort.
The price was- again in comparison with my other experiences- quite high for the status of the room. It was the first B&B were I had to pay the full rate in advance.
Location
The B&B is a good start for visiting the city centre of Edinburgh. The walk takes approx 30 min.

The accommodation was fine for the price. The room was clean, beds very comfortable, though the 2 flight climb to our room was hard after a long day's sightseeing!! I would have no serious complaints, other than that the breakfast (Scottish fry) was not great.
Kim and Andy were really nice, however, and as I say for the price paid, the accommodation was grand.
Location
The location was very good, on lots of bus routes, and only a 20 minute walk from Edinburgh city centre.
We did lots of sightseeing, climbed the Scott monument, did the Castle tour (really good), open top bus tour (very good, but couldn't always hear tour guide). Our first time in Edniburgh, and definitely not the last.
