Good value for money.Friendly owners,nice cooked breakfast.
B & B being renovated at the moment so we did not expect too much.Breakfast Room has been redecorated and looks great. We chose the accommodation because it was a good price and there is a car park at the back where we could leave our car during the stay. This saved us from paying for parking.Nice views from windows in pleasant location. Will look great when it is all finished if Breakfast Room is anything to go by.
Location
A good location to get to the centre of Edinburgh. We walked everywhere and thoroughly enjoyed the weekend.Scottish Parliament building was interesting. We had a guided tour which we enjoyed.
Carlton Hill has fantastic views all around the city and the Scott Memorial is worth climbing to the top of for the views.Enjoyed the National Gallery which was free and a lovely lunch (homecooked food) at "The Last Drop" in the Grassmarkets.Holyrood house looked interesting but didn't go in, and if time had permitted we would have enjoyed climbing up to Arthur's Seat.

The price was quite good because the room was not ensuite, but very nice! Very good hospitality and also breakfast!!

Edimburgh is a pretty city, with many bus and taxi! Nice that you can buy a day tiket for the bus!
Edimburgh castel is much expensive, nice, but not enough for the money required!!

Great hospitality and good standard of our room.
The B&B is located very close to the centre of the City (with Edinburgh Castle, Waverly station, Princess Street etc) and all the buses takes you there..
We had a lovely time during our stay on Edinburgh and can only recommend this place to other turists who seeks a cheap and comfortable way to visit the capital.

The woollen stores on the Royal Mile were top shelf..The fact that Edinburgh is the capital city made it an attraction.

Seule (petite) critique : Pas de wc privatif. (Charming reception of the owners. B& B comfortable; Near to the center (old town), easily accessible by Bus or even to foot. Only (small) critical: No the privative WC.)
