The property was warm clean and beautifully furnished. Beds so comfortable and the owner helpful & welcoming. The location was also perfect I would not hesitate to recommend staying here.

Lovely,clean spacious accommodation, warm welcome on arrival with helpful advise on nearest facilities. Irn-Bru in the fridge was most welcome as a hangover cure!

Beautiful place, tons of amenities; honestly one of the best self catering places we've stayed at. You don't have to buy everything from scratch (ie there is enough toilet paper, paper towels, etc to get your started), some spices/oil for cooking, cookware you can actually cook with! Lovely garden, wonderful for family.

Perfect location. Easy walk to Royal mile, grocery, etc.

Accommodation was extremely clean and more than big enough for the 9 of us staying there for the Edinburgh running festival. It was ideally located for us to get to the start of the races and was very handy for all local amenities. The owner met us when we arrived and gave us a good tour of the apartment and showed us how everything worked. The bedrooms were extremely large and comfortable. Possibly a TV in the dining room would have been useful given the number of people staying in the apartment. But overall a lovely, clean and well situated apartment with an owner who was very willing to help with queries.

The accommodation was beautiful, and provided every amenity possible for our short stay. The Landlord was very pleasant and provided nice touches such as juice and biscuits for our arrival. He was easy to contact regarding any enquiries and provided information on local attractions. Although it seemed a little pricey for one night the fact that there was a group of us staying helped towards the cost and it was absolutely worth the price. Overall the accommodation was first class and we would definitely return in the future.

The Accommodation although situated in a quiet upmarket location is ideally located for several tourists attractions worth visiting including Edinburgh castle, shopping centres, theatres,restaurants, pubs/clubs and many more, therefore this adds to the high standard of the accommodation. However the only downfall is the parking facilities these were very restricted thus visitors would need to be vigilant regarding parking as one of the guests was issued a fine due to "being parked too close to a post box?"

The apartment was wonderful, the rooms were a very good size and the whole apartment was very clean and cosy.

Hospitality was outstanding, really appreciated that the landlord came to the property and explained the layout and how the home was decorated, how everything worked. Gorgeous - very warm welcoming house and a joy for everyone to stay in. Lovely little touches like Scottish biscuits and mini irn bru in the fridge! It was really excellent they had real coffee too.

botanical gardens, we went running in the morning so was very good to be so close.
