This was the best accommodation my husband and myself experienced the whole time we were in Britain. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, with every facility that we could require from flat screen TVs, down to the CD/ radio alarm clock, hostess trays etc..the en-suite was beautifully finished, our hosts were welcoming and informative on Edinburgh. There was a great selection for breakfast, with 3 cooked options as well as the vegetarian and continental selection. We found it was also very good value for money for a 4 star guest house, considering the prices were comparable or better than many 3 star places. Thank you both for a lovely stay in Edinburgh!

Location

Great location for all city center attractions, and a bus stop right at the front door so it was easy getting around. We loved the close proximity to Arthur's seat, which was excellent for getting a bird's eye view across Edinburgh.

Clan walker Guest House was fantastic, the house was beautiful and our room on the top floor which was just up 2 lots of stairs maybe 20 stairs in total looked out over the back of the house and was just great, very very clean, very spacious, en-suite shower room that was beautifully finished, the room was simply but tastefully decorated with a large screen tv with free view connection, large two seater sofa that turned in to a bed and a large double bed that we just did not want to get out of. Breakfast was very tasty and filling from the warm croissants and cereal to the full scottish breakfast or 3 egg omlette. Sarah and John were very friendly and very helpfull with information on places to go and the local bus routes toget in to town. I would and have recomend the Clan Walker Guest House to anyone. Exceptional value for money and we will be returning.

Beautiful room, had everything we needed, tv, dvd, tea & coffee making facilities, en suite. The owners were very nice and helpful, lots of local information in the rooms. Lovely breakfast. I would highly recommend the Clan Walker.

Location

Far enough from Princes Street to be away from the bustle but not too far, about 5 minutes on the bus. Bus stop right outside and if you want to take taxis back from Princes Street they were under 5 which worked out as cheap as the bus for the 4 of us.

la camera(x 3) spaziosa e luminosa, letti comodi, finalmente un bagno con liberta' di movimento; la colazione ricca. I Walker molto cordiali. Meritata la stella in piu'!Il tutto ricompensa lo spostamento in autobus(circa 10 min.)fino al centro.Torneremmo volentieri!

Location
