What I'd like the most was clean room and bathroom. Rooms are nicely decorated with clean, fresh duvet.Walking distance from town centre (approx 30 mins ) Owners were very kind and friendly. I recommend this place to stay.

Great hospitality, friendly suggestions as to where to go. Parking spaces are in a very tight spot. Rooms were clean which is very important.
Lots of B & B's in the area but for an off season the rooms were a bit expensive.
Quick bus ride to downtown.

Quite comfortable room, lovely and quiet views trough the window, clean toilet, nice breackfast, and the best, hospitality! Very veryfriendly people in Cherry Tree Villa.

Nice location, in a quiet neighborhood but close to the city centre with frequently public transport. The bus stop are about 100m.

Very good value for money, quiet neighbourhood and hospitable and friendly host.
Location
Edinburgh is full of history, architecture and lovely parks. It's small and vibrant, people are friendly too. I quite enjoyed the guided tours at Edinburgh Castle and National Museum of Scotland. I didn't manage to see everything in 3.5 days but would visit again in the future. Spending Christmas in Edinburgh was a good experience.
