tres tres moyen. Uniquement pour randonneurs et encore. Hygiène minimale. Juste un lavabo dans la chambre. 1 chaise et pas de table pour 4. Confort très limite. A éviter à tout prix

Staff on arrival not too friendly. Accommodation standard was good and clean for the price. Could do with one additional WC as these seemed constantly busy. A WC downstairs would be most useful. Very handy having the secure garage to lock away the mountain bikes.

Mountain biking around the Nevis Range area is excellent. Also now have the new Red route from the top of the lift station.

No, or cold water in the showers. a non functional dry room. extreme forms of savings in expenses (energy, water, labour), costing quality of accomodation (altough compensation for extra expenses was offered)

The location was pretty centralized, considering attractions (ben nevis brewery, fort william etc.)

Friendly staff but rooms needed a freshen up. Pool table mentioned in advert but had been put away in another bedroom and not offered to be brought out when we mentioned we wanted to play.

Conveniently situated for lots of activities in area. Need a car though, just a bit far out of actual centre.

Great hostel, homely atmosphere, very clean and comfortable. Great big kitchen, dining room and lounge with everything you need to organise your meals. Staff were also very helpful and knowledgable abou the area and climbing the mountain.

Location

We went especially to climb Ben Nevis which was a fantastic experience. Also great fun to watch a boat go through the locks next to the hostel, and the pub just across the road - the Locky was brilliant.
