I booked the accomodation mainly as a base for my daughters Prom, we were made very welcome by the staff and the rooms were exceptionally clean and very contemporary, i would definately consider using them againand will recommend them to all of my freinds.

My daughters Prom was held in the Merchant City and she was enthralled by the proximity of the flats to all the goings on in the city

the twin beds seemed narrower than usual.the bedroom door would not stay open otherwise apt. was very plesant

Clean, perfect for couples with friends, car parking available, everything you needed in the apartment, helpful staff. Would definately reccommend and use again

Apartment was fabulous as was the welcome and care by staff, noise from floor above was quickly sorted and was dealt with again in the morning when the said guests checked out, this was important to us as we have at all times a young grandson with us, we will stay again.

We were so near the shops that it made Christmas shopping stress free

The staff who greeted us were very friendly and attentive. The accomodation was bright, spacious and clean. We were told that the windows would not open however, during a windy night, they were blowing open regularly. This was very noisy and we had a very unsettled night. We were not able to use the bath as the plug was not working (we did report this but, as our stay was so short, did not expect it to be fixed while we were there). Altogether we were very satisfied with the facilities and the standard of accomodation and believe we received value for money.

Location

We visited the Science Centre and the People's Palace both of which were interesting and entertaining for the children.
