Correct room and a really good breakfast. You can choose between five kinds of breakfasts, even a vegetarian one!. The only problem was the stairs. Our room was a 5th floor without elevator. Correct staff.

The room had plenty of space and a sufficient assortment of amenities provided, although a few more towels might have been nice.

Great central location, especially access to shopping on Queen Street and Princes Street Gardens.

We had two different rooms from a split stay, both were spacious, clean, tidy and very comfortable. Breakfast was great each morning, fast service for cooked things. Hospitality of the different on site managers and the owner was absolutely fabulous. From helping with bags up the stairs, to helping us out with directions, and assisting us greatly when my cousin got ill - finding other accommodation, doctors/hospitals etc. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful stay.

Location

The location was very central to main things- Castle, shops, train/buses and Christmas markets. The balmoral room we stayed in on our last 2 nights had a fantastic castle view out the window, just lovely.

Room very clean & tidy, good value for money, could do with a stanner stair lift hard work after a few pints. all staff were curtious and helpfull only faultis morning toast could hav ebeen under toaster a tad longer appart from that that is the 3rd time i have stayed there, cant fault it
