We were expecting an en-suite room but the room had a shower in it and we had a shared bathroom, this was not made clear at the time of booking. The place itself was very pleasant and the owner and staff were all very helpful. The breakfasts were great! It was very good value for money and had the room been ensuite I would have given a much higher rating.

Location

Castle view was in a great location and within easy walking distance of the centre of Inverness. The bus from the airport dropped us off just over the road from our accommodation.

The room was very comfortable and was a great value for the money. The view was unsurpassed and the owner/operator was very accomadating. The only drawback was the walk up to the room which was not easy for tired travelors.

Location

The facility was conviently located in the downtown area which made walking possible to many of the other attractions.

cleanliness, quality, extrème kindness of the owner and his personnel, central situation of the establishment, and all that at a price defying any competition. If it is possible to give to the owner our more sincere compliments, we would be to you likings.

Location

We appreciated the situation of Inverness for the visit of Highlands (Ullapool, Eilean Donan Castle, John O' Groats, Duncansby Head, Loch Ness,…) and, moreover, we had made coincider our stay with Highland Games in Inverness (1 mile of the hotel).
