We found our accomodation at Kirkton Manor top class.
Our hosts were delightful in every way and really made us feel at home.
The rooms were tastefully laid out and most relaxing.
Would have no hesitation in reccomending this establishment to family and friends who wish to visit the country.
Location
This location was perfect for visiting Edinburgh and surrounds with being able to return each evening to a relaxing abode in the country.

The friendliest hosts we have ever encountered; room excellent, breakfast excellent, hospitality superb!! Will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful base for walks through Manor Valley and beautiful forest walks on the doorstep.

Lovely welcome, very comfy room. Good facilities. Use of very nice lounge. Eateries recommended. Excellent breakfast and very good hosts.
Location
Only stayed 1 night but area beautiful with many local places worth visiting eg. Neidpath Castle and a local botanic garden. Lots of walks available and fishing on R. Tweed. Beautiful area.

A very welcoming arrival, with tea, cake and conversation with hosts. Free use of host's sitting room and TV, as well as room facilties.
Room very well appointed, comfy bed and lovely decor.
Breakfast was scrumptious - as much as you could eat, or as little as you wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent value for money.
Scenery was breathtaking. Good base for walking/biking/country activities etc.

Wonderful friendly hosts felt very much at home.Could not fault one thing.5 star rooms facilities,food so glad we found it.
