Different possibilities: in the house or annex. Always your own shower. Very hospitable place to stay. Good breakfast!

Location

Only 15 minutes walk from the centre of town. Not too far from Loch Ness and great possibilities nearby: mountains, reindeer centre, various lochs and a great place to drink coffee eat a delicious cake and watch the birds and squirrels (just ask Sarah about it!)

Stayed in the annex just across from the main house. Room was of a good size with adequate facilities; TV, DVD player, kettle & wash basin. WC & shower room is downstairs. Plenty of space in the garage for storing bikes & a hosepipe is available to clean them off if needed. Sarah (owner) ensured that we did not run out of any essentials (tea & milk!) and sent us off everyday with a good breakfast, even going as far as to buy some gluten free bread.

Location

Purpose of the stay was to go mountain biking - the area did not disappoint. Numerous paths & tracks with stunning scenery. There's a purpose built MTB centre down the road at Laggan (Laggan Wolftrax)that's well worth a visit. Also the local bike shop in Aviemore (Fat Tread Bikes) were very helpful, replacing a broken bolt & checking the bike at no cost.

The room was lovely. We had a separate bathroom which was nicer than mine at home and it wasn't a problem it was down the hall. Sarah, who owns the guest house was extremely welcoming, the cooked breakfast in the morning was superb and she and her family were really helpful. I would absolutely recommend staying here

Location

Excellent all round place to stay. Local attractions for tourists are awesome here. There is a heavy focus on outdoor entertainment and activities which makes it a great place to go if you love the outdoors
