Shower room very small No guest lounge, so nowhere to sit in bad weather Access road needs serious attention However hostess extremely friendly and helpful

The room was well furnished and the beds were very comfortable. The TV was an added bonus. Four single beds within one room could be cramped but this was spacious and ideal for our purpose. It was a quiet location and the tary of teea/coffee etc was adequate. The provision of a wide selection of DVDs was totally unexpected and would have been ideal for a longer break. Breakfast was well cooked and nicely presented. We would certianly return if the opportunity arose.

Hospitality outstanding, Friendly owners. Outstanding tip for looking at dolphins: we saw them in Rosemarkie Rooms bit to small.
