The service, hospitality of owners, breakfast, attention of owners - excellent. The rooms are cosy and nice.

Location

Not far from Aviemore centre, main start points of walking are about 20 minutes-1/2 hour of driving. The good information centre, souvenirs shops in Aviemore.

We had a big family room with our own bathroom, the room was big enough for 5 people ( 2 parents and 3 girls), had good beds and was and very clean, very good value for money. Very good breakfast and ever optimistic lady of the house.

Location

Very close to the centre of Aviemore and the accomodation owners gave us very good tips on what to do and where to go. Lovely people.

Nice room for the four of us, the Scottish breakfast was terrific!and Sarah although she was very busy at that time was always very nice and always took time for a chat ! We liked the place very much and hope to come back!

A good well-cooked variety of food for breakfast. Comforatble well-appointed room. Land-lady was welcoming, - but busy.

Very clean and comfortable, excellent location with great views. Breakfast was fabulous and the owners are lovely people. I have stayed there before and would definately stay there again.
