Superior modern rooms, very tidy and clean, extra services are available (washing + ironing as known from good hotels...), nice seating outside with nice loch view, extra dvd videothek free for guests :-). Good scottish breakfast! Very warm welcome!

Location

Good shopping possibilities, even for outdoorers and whisky lovers, wide range of offered outdoor activities. Climbing the Ben Nevis is even an event worth to make!

Everything was new, very clean, very well finished. Our hosts did all they could to help us, checking the internet for weather, introducing us to the local sailing club, and helping to dry our sailing gear.

Location

Thouroughly enjoyed the walk up ben Nevis, dissapointed that one pub we went in did not have the locally brewed ale. Scotland is pushing its Scottish Image so it should push its local beers. There is a lot to do in the area, be prepared to drive a bit and wait for the weather to change.

Our stay at the Carna Lodge was fantastic, the room was immaculate and the hospitality was second to none. Will definately recommend this B&B to friends and family and would return for another visit also in the future.

Location

We travelled to fort william to go on the Jacobite Steam train, which was fantastic.
