Very high standard of accomodation except the lighting in the lounge could have been brighter.
Location
Ideally situated for the Highlands with all amenities close by.

Standard was generally very good. One or two things were missing, e.g. hooks to hang jackets, towels.
Location
Location was perfect, by Neptune's Staircase and with view of Ben Nevis. Close enough to Fort William without actually being in Fort William.

The hospitality was very welcoming but not intrusive. the accomodation was better than expected.
Only one small item the landing floor creaked badly when walked on.

Value for money, warm and inviting.
Location
We stayed during the closed season on Nevis Range. Neither of us can drive and I would probably not return without a car, the attractions were just a little bit far away to walk, however there are good buses.
We found it hard to eat out, no nice looking restaurants in Fort William. The hotel next to the apartments was nice for a drink but the food wasn't up to much.

We have been visiting Scotland for many years now and I can say that this is the best accomadation that we have stayed in. It is a great start to your holiday to walk in to such welcoming surroundings after a long journey. Great value for money and thanks for all your help through the week.
Location
We spent most of the week fishing on the local Lochs and had a great time fishing. A trip up the Ben Nevis cable car will provide stunning views of the surrounding mountain ranges, a must for the keen photographer!

First class, extremely well kitted, modern accommodation in a tranquil, very attractive location.

Excellent facilities - everything we needed, and of a very good standard.
Location
Great location - enjoyed the views over the canal/locks and Ben Nevis.
