We found the stairs to our room rather daunting. We are in the advanced age bracket.
Location
We enjoyed the area very much and were delighted to find the hotel was across the road from the train station. The friendly staff made our stay most enjoyable.

The standard of rooms was good I had a problem with the toilet in the first room which was dealt with promptly by changing my room.The rooms were clean fresh and well serviced and for the price provided excellent value for money.The food was very good and the staff friendly and attentive.All in all I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would certainly not hesitate in going back again.

The area provides unlimited scope for a long or short stay and caters for all types of activities

Staff were very friendly ,helpful and they all seem to have a good time working there. The breakfasts are amazing and should ensure a short but happy life!! Great value for money in an ideal location. The bar was the only place to be in town. I stayed in the old part of the hotel which was fine but a colleague was in the new part and complained of a noisy vent outside her room.......but nothing too troublesome.

Weather was great while i was there, (early october) so i enjoyed the nearby Nature reserve and also went up Cairngorm Mountain on the train (Woulkd have preferred to be allowed to walk from the visitor centre at the top)
