A beautiful spotless double room on the top floor, a warm and friendly welcome from our host, and good cooked breakfast overlooking the sea make this B&B excellent value for money.

Room was clean and tidy but some of the exterior and interior paintwork quite worn. Very good breakfast and friendly host. Problem on arrival that no one was present to let us in to the guest house despite arriving at agreed time. It was sorted out quite quickly after a phone call.
Location
Guest house well situated in quieter part of town but still very convenient. Had not visited largs for over ten years and I was impressed with what I saw. Would definitely come back to largs for a visit.

Seona is a very friendly and helpful hostess, and made us feel very at home and welcome.
Breakfast is outstanding, a wide choice of cold and hot.
Our rooms had a spectacular view of my childhood home away from home,Millport which is my favourite place in this world.
Excellent value for money,and would certainly return again. In fact, my brother will probably return next year with his daughter.
All in all, Seona positively added to our trip.
This was excellent value for money and would certainly return again.
Location
Largs is beautiful clean and friendly. Good restaurants, I especially like Nardinis moorings, and Green Shutters restaurant. Also the 'other' "new" Nardini's1 All the staff were friendly.

Room was very nice clean and bright breakfast scrumptious and landlady very friendly.
