First Class in all areas. Friendly welcome to a lovely house and setting. Comfortable room with even a dish of sweets and a small decanter of sherry to add to the welcome. Larg sitting / breakfast room containing all that anyone cold want and splendid cooked b'fast. We only wished that our stay was for longer.

Location

Inveraray is a picturesque small port on Loch Fyne. It still retains its integrity with attractions such as the Town Jail and the Maritime Museum which is housed in a retired sailing Coaster - refreshments in the Top Deck cabin. 'The George' provides a good meal in the large old bar. The staff are cheerful and efficient. Inveraray Castle is a worthwhile visit.

Very nice large, clean room. Excellent lounge for guests. Friendly and helpful owners, good breakfast and complimentary sherry on arrival!! Would recommend to anyone as excellent value for money.

Location

The jail is very interesting as is the castle. Excellent meals at the George. For a better meal in a more formal experience (but at a similar price), try The Fernpoint

All of the above criteria were first class. The complimentary glass of sherry - very welcome. Lovely atmosphere in superior accommodation.

Location

Outstanding scenery in this area. Lots of tourists about, however, peaceful as well.

Very warm and hospitable atmosphere! Everything was delightful except the mattress (but we had no problem sleeping).

The house is in a lovely quiet location. Room fairly small but very clean and well presented. Bed only OK. Good breakfast. Nice welcome. Lovely sitting/breakfast room overlooking the loch.

Location

The property was well situated for wandering into Inverary, and we had a good meal at the George Hotel.

Large comfortable room, welcomming owner, beautiful view from breakfast room/lounge. Very quiet and convinient location.

Location

The town is loverly. Ate at the George Hotel two nights running as it was so good and reasonably priced. A visit to Inverary Castle should not be missed. Inverary town, more like a big village, is very attractive.
