The house is beautiful, the room very spacious and luxurious, the view from the lounge where breakfast was served was spectacular. Highly recommend it, excellent value. The complimentary sherry was a really nice touch. Our hosts are lovely people, very welcoming.

Location

We had been in Inveraray 25 years ago and wanted to retrace that visit, especially the shops on Main Street. We went to the castle this time as well. What a lovely place to visit. Dinner at the George Hotel was excellent.

La habitación estaba muy bien y muy buen precio. La dueña fue muy amable aconsejándonos qué ruta seguir en nuestro viaje. El desayuno fue excelente, así como el salón de desayunos, muy acogedor.

I stayed in other accommodation rated higher than the Breagh Lodge and the Breagh Lodge was much better. The room was small but the value for money was very good. The owners were very friendly and happy to answer all our questions.

Location

In Scotland we travelled from Cairnryan to Inveraray to Inverness to John O Groates to Carrbridge to Pitlochery to Ayr. aprox 1200 miles. I very much liked Hatty's Tea Shop in Pitlochery.

The Campbells were excellent hosts, the room and food was first class. All in all,an excellent start to our break.

Location

The gardens around Inveraray are well worth a visit, but the castle gardens are poor compared to the others
