This was an outstanding B&B with very large room, excellent bathroom with bath and seperate shower and every possible extra in the way of toiletries and fresh towels. In addition to the usual hospitality tray there was bottled water and even a carafe of welcome sherry and tray of sweets. The breakfast was excellent in delightful lounge with views over Loch Fyne and comfortable lounge area with tv. which unfortunately we did not find the time to use. Oyr hostess was very friendly and made us feel very welcome and we certainly appreciated the services of her husband carrying our luggage to and from the room on arrival and departure. Highly recommended and would certainly return if ever in the area.

Location

We were only 2 nights in Inveraray a nice litle town with interesting castle and local pubs and restaurants for evening meal. We visited the Inveraray Jail which we personally found expensive and not particularly interesting. Special part of the visit was the Inverarary Highland Games which just happened to be at the time of our visit.

Many thanks & best regards James Kean
