The B & B is located a few minutes walk from the castle of Inveraray. The rooms are well furnished with all the comforts. From the dining room there is a beautiful view of the lake. The breakfast is good and plentiful. Nice owners. There is the possibility to park in the atrium of the house. Recommended!

We had a lovely spacious room with plenty of wardrobe/drawer space, tea/coffee making facilities, TV, Wi-fi and complimentary toiletries. There was also complimentary sherry and water in the room. Lorne and Catriona were fabulous hosts, they were helpful and friendly and what a breakfast, you couldn't ask for more!!! Car parking, bike/canoe storage and a fantastic view to greet you in the guests lounge. Breagha Lodge is somewhere we'll look forward to returning in the future.

Location

Inverary is a bustling little town with the historic jail and the castle to visit as well as the bell tower. There are a number of eating establishments for evening meals and several cafe's for coffee/snacks etc. It lies on the shores of Loch Fyne and you can partake of a wee dram of the Loch Fyne whisky at the privately owned Loch Fyne Whisky shop on the Main Street. In particular our visit was mainly to do some off-road cycling on our Mountain Bikes and Canoeing and we can recommend the area for both.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Breagha Lodge. We were made most welcome, and we had a very comfortable stay. The bedroom and the en suite were large airy rooms, very tastefully furnished, and the sitting room/breakfast room looked out across the loch. Every detail had been covered, and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
