Everything was great. Friendly and helpful host an hostess - Neil and Leslie. Clean rooms and delightful breakfasts. Convenient parking at the B&B.

Nice Walk to Edinburgh castle and the royal mile.

the room was quiet, clean and comfortable. the owners hospitality was good and the breakfast were fantastic every morning there was the ordinary menu with an extra specials board with a treat.
Location
we visited the big main museum which was well worth it lots to see and interactive for any children, we spent 4 hours on the royal yacht Brittannia this is a must for any visitors and spend time in the tea house a lovely experience. We also visited the castle and used the head sets to gain lots of information about the history of the palace well worth it. our visited also included the Dynamic earth exhibition this was fantastic for all age groups everyone must go.

the hospitality and food were excellent. worth the money I paid and the owners of the guest house were very helpful
Location
the guest house is situated in a quite area but very near the centre of the city. it wasn't difficult to arrive from the city to the guest house and vice vera.

Room was great size with good facilities. Breakfast was excellent. Service from our hosts was warm and welcoming.
Had to leave very early on day of departure and a continental breakfast was made available in our room
Location
Within walking distance to Edinburgh or 10 mins on the bus made all attractions readily acceptable

Pleasant, clean and comfortable accommodation however our twin room and ensuite were rather small. Excellent breakfast with several choices of hot cooked options (a different special each day). Very close to bus service in and out of central Edinburgh. Good value for money.
Location
The Edinburgh Festival was in fool swing so there were countless opportunities for entertainment (free events, fringe festival, comedy festival and main festival events) along with the usual tourist attractions such as Edinburgh Castle, Scottish Parliament, galleries and museumns etc. While Brae Lodge was a little out of the town centre, frequent buses allowed for easy commute to city centre.

Comfortable, quiet and easy going owners.
Location
Quiet area, easy to travel to town centre. Our only regret was not having enough time to visit everything.
