Heather was extremely welcoming, we were made to feel like friends and it was lovely. The room was great and the breakfast (especially the sausages) was brilliant.

Location

We were cycling and Bonnie View made an ideal base to tour North Uist and Benbecula. We cycled up to the RSPB reserve at Balranald and walked the coastal path. We visited the cairn and stone circle near the Langass hotel and had a nice walk with great views from there. The Temple View hotel was a short walk from Bonnie View and did very good bar meals.

Bonnie views, warm welcome,comfortable room,very good breakfast including home bred pork sausages and very good value.I would definitely stay there again.I would rate it very good rather than just good.

A very pleasant, usefully located place. Somewhere to eat near by an advantage.

Location

As much of the sites in North Uist, and South Uist are spread out, anyone coming there would need a car and to know that to eat out or to shop you would need to travel some distance.

Very welcoming host and the accomadation was very comfortable. The accomodation comprised of 4 double rooms and a sitting area which was seperate from the main house and this allowed us to have free roam of the accomodation which was great as we had a party of 8 people and therefore had the place to ourselves. We were also given keys which allowed us to come and go as we pleased. The breakfasts were perfectly cooked and the choice was varied. The accomodation was very reasonably priced in comparison with other bed and breakfasts in the area. It was perfect for us.

Location

North uist is a lovely place and does not take long to get around by car therefore the accomadation allowed us to easily access all of the islands attractions and visitor areas.

Room was very comfortable and nicely furnished. We enjoyed our breakfasts very much with a good choice in a nice bright dining room.The location was ideal for visiting both North and South Uist and Benbecula. Very good value for money.

Location

Accommodation was easy to find, just off the main road, handy for meals at the local hotel and just a few miles from Lochmaddy. We particularly enjoyed visiting Taigh Chearsabhagh in Lochmaddy for lunch and gift shop.
