It may not look it from the outside but we consider this is a wonderful apartment beautifully decorated to a high standard, spacious warm and clean. We liked the tea coffee milk sugar bisucits and cerals provided. Lots of information available. Very close to the Royal Mile. Quiet. Warm as soon as you get behind the front door with no nasty smells. Security was good. Quirky feature in bedroom due to the indentation of the circular staircase. This experience really warmed us to the idea of apartment living when we get older! Yes three flights of stairs with interesting staircase, which for us added to the charm.
Location
Right on the high street. Next door for breakfast and may I say we experienced no noise from there. The Mitre up to the high street turn right and across the road - a good place to eat and drink and they had music too. Bins across the road for rubbish (not in your face!) Not far from the railway station, bus tours, the hub, the castle and Holyrood House. Info is there for you

The house was great, even better than the photos we had already seen before our booking. It was very clean and tidy, with all the comforts and amenities.
The information we had received from the owners before our travel and the ones they had left at home for us were very useful, accurate and practical.
Location
Location of the house is excellent, in the old town, just under Castle Rock, only a few steps from Grassmarket and all its shops, pubs and restaurants.
Easy walking distance to Castle Rock, Royal Mile and so many other attractions. Almost no need to take the bus for the majority of city's sights.

We stayed at Blair St the week leading up to our wedding. Great flat with plenty of room for us and a nice cozy feel. Was centrally located just off the Royal Mile and an easy walk to get to George St, etc. Great value for money and if we get the chance, we will definitely stay here again. Nat and Pete

This was our first holiday away together after searching around I found this perfect little place I am so glad I choose to stay here as it was great value for money, was comfortable felt like home it was very clean to a high standard, we will be back for many holidays here at this apartment. I will certainly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to stay at Edinburgh. Its situated at the right place and easy to find. There was many good places to eat out and very good for clothes shopping!!
Location
Was very handy having the main street ten mins away and other attractions. I would recommend going to Edinburgh castle. We got a train to Queens ferry to go to deep sea world,it was very interesting great place to take children. Princess garden was beautiful and a lovely walk especially on a sunny day.

Great flat, clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and very well equipped in a brilliant position just off the Royal Mile. Don't be put off by the entrance area and three flights of stairs (you need to be fit), because it's a lovely flat when you get there! The owners, though we didn't see them, were easy to reach and very helpful. The area round the flat is busy so there is some noise at night, but you would expect that in a city centre. We really appreciated the extra welcome touches such as provision of breakfast things and soap, washing up liquid, etc. It was good value for money and we'd come again.
Location
We were situated minutes away from mini supermarkets for provisions so that was a bonus, and there were restaurants and cafes all around. We made the most of the week to explore the city on foot. We enjoyed our visits to the Castle and the Camera Obscura and the Museum of Childhood, art galleries and the Georgian House. We weren't so taken with Dynamic Earth. We climbed up Arthur's Seat for a fine view, and had trips out to the royal yacht Britannia at Leith by bus and South Queensferry to see the bridges by train. My teenage daughter was more than happy with the variety of shops on offer. Edinburgh is hilly and our accommodation was on a hill, so expect a lot of exercise!

The accommodation was very close to perfect. A slightly forbidding staircase & tiny bit complicated entry system were the only very minor quibbles. The facilities (TV, bathroom, kitchen etc) were all marvellous.
Location
Everywhere we went was reachable easily by foot, taking in all the major attractions and shopping areas. We didnt realise that entry to the acstle is £14 each , which seemed a tad high, but we paid and enjoyed the time there. Edinburgh/Edinbrugh?/Edinborough?? is a fantastic palce to visit.
