Ian and Anne were very good hosts, very friendly and most helpful on arrival and leaving with bags to/from our rooms, great breakfasts, good advise on where to go to eat and directions to places interest. As well, a sitting room other than bedrooms for chats and TV in the evenings after being out for supper is a very nice feature plus they were available to just have conversation re: local knowledge and in general.
Location
We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone.

The standard of the room and ensuite facilities is excellent - the bathroom has a lovely bath and shower. The hosts are friendly and happy to make suggestions about what to see and how best to enjoy the local area. The breakfasts are excellent!
Location
This is a good base for climbing Bla Bheinn as it is a half hour drive away. There are a number of good quality local restaurants within easy walking distance. There is much to see on Skye and we didn't see it all - but we enjoyed climbing in the Quiraing in particular.

Everything that we expect of the perfect B & B. Room perfectly clean and beautifully furnished. Bathroom fitted out to very high standard. Food excellent. Most importantly, our host and hostess were totally attentive to our requirements, knew the island very well and we left more as friends than clients. We would not consider staying anywhere else if we return to Skye.
Location
Well situated for good eating places, good walking and access to all parts of the island. Walking through the ruined village of Bororaig with its sad history is sure to dispel any delusions of self-importance. The weather was good for this long walk but not very good for the other two days. This gave us a chance to visit Dunvegan Castle instead. Great place to go to soak in a bit more of the island's history.

Spacious clean room with an en suite and a nice big bath.
Breakfast made to order, nice couple who run the B&B, good chat and advice on where to visit.
Good location for a base to explore Skye, local restaurants make good food and better prices than Portree.
