Mrs & Mrs MacMillan were perfect hosts and the accommodation was perfect-the cleanest B/B we have stayed in and better than a good lot of hotels we have used. Everything was provided and a few extra touches to make us welcome. As we are a couple in our 60's we appreciated the care given to make sure we had all our needs met
Location
A perfect place to stay in for setting off each day to tour at our own pace. The owners had loads of helpfull leaflets and maps as well as advice on places to see and visit

Beautifully modernised family cottage, very comfortable and perfectly appointed
Our hosts made us most welcome. The food, of course, was very good.

Very comfortable and well appointed room. Very friendly people who took time to give us advice on the local area. One of the best B&B's we used in the 14 days we were in Scotland - we'd certainly go back if we are on Skye again.

We were cycling through, so didn't use any of the local facilities, or attractions

Ian and Anne were very good hosts, very friendly and most helpful on arrival and leaving with bags to/from our rooms, great breakfasts, good advise on where to go to eat and directions to places interest. As well, a sitting room other than bedrooms for chats and TV in the evenings after being out for supper is a very nice feature plus they were available to just have conversation re: local knowledge and in general.

The standard of the room and ensuite facilities is excellent - the bathroom has a lovely bath and shower. The hosts are friendly and happy to make suggestions about what to see and how best to enjoy the local area. The breakfasts are excellent!
Location
This is a good base for climbing Bla Bheinn as it is a half hour drive away. There are a number of good quality local restaurants within easy walking distance. There is much to see on Skye and we didn't see it all - but we enjoyed climbing in the Quiraing in particular.
