the heater in the room was broken. Butthey offered us a small heater instead of the broken one. the guest house overall is great

Really good value. An excellent B&B with very friendly and helpful people. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left we were made to feel at home.
Location
Location is good, with the city centre a short bus or taxi ride away - although we quite enjoyed the 25 minute walk. Parking was good, too, and we just left the car locked in the car park while we went into town.

We loved this bed and breakfast. The accommodation was lovely, the staff very helpful and friendly and the location great.

We really enjoyed Edinburgh castle and the city of Edinburgh itself is absolutely beautiful.

we had a triple room and we enjoyed our standing very much. the room was very nice and very clean. breakfast was excellent and the staff is very friendly there.we will come back again to Ben Craig House in springtime.

We really enjoy our stay there. The room was amazing, the staff incredible...and all for a price very reasonable. Iīm sure if I come back Iīll chose this accomodation again. The room was huge, very clean, I canīt think in any negative aspect.

I love Edinburgh, itīs a beatiful place. I enjoy the castle, the palace, the ghost tour...

The accommodation was good. The Staff were very pleasant and efficient. The young Polish woman who greeted us when we arrived and served breakfast each day was never without a smile. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was excellent and a nice surprise. In the Internet details for Ben Craig House and on the menu on the tables, breakfast was listed as a variety of eggs. However, a full English was provided, together with a full range of cereals, fresh fruit, toast etc. Nice surprise. Thank you we really enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately it rained every day we were in Edinburgh. However, we are determined to return in sunny times and explore more of Edinburgh.
