Food & Service were excellent. Commitment in fulfilling individual but specific wishes and needs of customers was instantaneous, highly professional and last, not least very amiable.
Location
To the City Center of Edinburgh: 12 minutes by bus, 25 minutes by feet; bus stop just in front of the house.

Overall very good experience and value for money,staff were very nice rooms were lovely and clean
hot water at all times.Breakfast time should be extended to 10am
Location is excellent bus stop right outside door all of the buses take you to the city.
Location
Take a trip to the Castle well wort seeing. If going out for evening of entertainment take the bus to the Royal Mile great selection of pubs.

The price was high for a small room facing a main street but the breakfast was very good and freshly cooked. Also the breakfast room with garden view was lovely.
Location
If you do not have the exact money to pay the bus you can easily walk into the city center in about 20 Minutes.

Location
The Ben Craig is a 30 minute plus walk for seniors to High Street but there is very good bus service at the door.

The welcome was good, room fine and no problems in providing a gluten free breakfast for a coeliac guest.
Location
As guests using public transport it was excellent to find a bus stop outside the Guest House served by several buses from Princes Street. A good venue for our first visit to the Edinburgh Tattoo.

Everything was very good. The house was really good. We had lovely breackfast. We had a wonderful time. the service was very good and friendly. The room and bathroom were very clean. The whole house was very clean. We enjoyed to have the bus stop right in front of the house. It was easy and cheap to go into the city or to the sea.
Location
Edinburgh is a very ínteresting place. You can go to the old town or new town easily. The city is very nice and clean. The people are really friendly. It is clever to take the sightseeing bus for one day because it makes you going to all interesting places. Also it is good to take the day ticket for the local buses. Iam sure that we are going to come again to Edinburgh one day. Also it was very good to get from the airport to the city and back by bus. There are lots of good pubs and restaurants in the city.

We had a great time in Ben Craigs Hotel, a very tidy,nice, comfortable room, good hospitality, friendly, helpfully people in there. we enjoyed our breakfast aswell, as much as you want!
Location
only 15 minutes apart the center (princess street) away, you should tell the bus lines(from waverly stop to the Ben Craigs') to make it
easier for the people, who stay in Edinburgh for the first time!
I think we come for another stay in the beautiful village and Hotel.
