The room is spacious and very comfortable. The staff are very helpful with information and the breakfast is very good. Value for money, indeed!
Location
Ben Craig House is very well positioned on main Bus route and close to a very good shopping centre. The centre of Edinburgh is close by bus where all the main attractions are.

My room was very nice, the bath room was a bit small, but fine for one person. Even though the room was situated on the ground floor, by the main entrance, it was quiet (which I appreciate). There was a tv, but it was a bit small considering the distance from the view point - but perfectly fine for the few days that I stayed. The people who run the place were very nice, friendly and helpful. The only draw back for me was that the location is a bit far away from the centre, but that is just a personal opinion. Certainly value for money.
Location
Edinburgh is of course full of tourist attractions and there are plenty of things to see and do. The Castle was interesting and magnificent as was the castle in Stirling. However, the most special thing for me was not an attraction, but it was the people. I really enjoyed the Scottish people, so friendly and polite and full of humour, that was very plesant. Everywhere I went I was treated so nicely, that does not happen in every country. That is something to treasure for sure.

Outstanding B&B. Superb facilities, very good location in a quiet place, but not far from the main attractions. Very good food and hospitality and great value.
Location
Only 5 minutes by bus from the main attractions in the Old Town, such as the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle and Grassmarket square. Many restaurants and pubs in the area. For the whisky lover, very nice dinner and whisky tasting at the Whiski Rooms Bar & Bistro. Edinburgh is simply a magic place with a fantastic people.

Food & Service were excellent. Commitment in fulfilling individual but specific wishes and needs of customers was instantaneous, highly professional and last, not least very amiable.
Location
To the City Center of Edinburgh: 12 minutes by bus, 25 minutes by feet; bus stop just in front of the house.

Overall very good experience and value for money,staff were very nice rooms were lovely and clean hot water at all times.Breakfast time should be extended to 10am Location is excellent bus stop right outside door all of the buses take you to the city.
Location
Take a trip to the Castle well wort seeing. If going out for evening of entertainment take the bus to the Royal Mile great selection of pubs.

The price was high for a small room facing a main street but the breakfast was very good and freshly cooked. Also the breakfast room with garden view was lovely.
Location
If you do not have the exact money to pay the bus you can easily walk into the city center in about 20 Minutes.
