The welcome was good, room fine and no problems in providing a gluten free breakfast for a coeliac guest.
Location
As guests using public transport it was excellent to find a bus stop outside the Guest House served by several buses from Princes Street. A good venue for our first visit to the Edinburgh Tattoo.

Everything was very good. The house was really good. We had lovely breackfast. We had a wonderful time. the service was very good and friendly. The room and bathroom were very clean. The whole house was very clean. We enjoyed to have the bus stop right in front of the house. It was easy and cheap to go into the city or to the sea.
Location
Edinburgh is a very ínteresting place. You can go to the old town or new town easily. The city is very nice and clean. The people are really friendly. It is clever to take the sightseeing bus for one day because it makes you going to all interesting places. Also it is good to take the day ticket for the local buses. Iam sure that we are going to come again to Edinburgh one day. Also it was very good to get from the airport to the city and back by bus. There are lots of good pubs and restaurants in the city.

We had a great time in Ben Craigs Hotel, a very tidy,nice, comfortable room, good hospitality, friendly, helpfully people in there. we enjoyed our breakfast aswell, as much as you want!
Location
only 15 minutes apart the center (princess street) away, you should tell the bus lines(from waverly stop to the Ben Craigs') to make it
easier for the people, who stay in Edinburgh for the first time!
I think we come for another stay in the beautiful village and Hotel.

Just what they promised and we have expected.

Spacious airy room. Lovely breakfast room. Bus to downtown extremely convenient. Staff is young and not too experienced, but very friendly and helpful.
Location
I appreciated that staying at the Ben Craig House meant that I didn't have to drive in downtown Edinburgh or worry about parking.

Room was fine except no phone and no access to lovely back garden except at breakfast. Right on the bus route to central downtown with lots of buses.
