I selected Belhaven Apartment after viewing the webpage with photos. The apartment is EXACTLY as shown and perfectly represented. It is a clean, modern, quiet and lovely apartment, without damp/mustiness which I slightly worried about as it's a ground floor/garden flat and Glasgow is quite wet. Every utensil/facility/comfort you could want is provided. Hot water is 24 hour constant (combi boiler), and the shower is excellent. Very good value for money and I would recommend and visit again.

Belhaven Apartment on Belhaven Terrace is directly opposite the Botanic Gardens, and is in a very nice area of Glasgow - the West End. It is only a 3 minute walk to Byres Road, which has many high street shops (not clothing), bars, restaurants, gift shops, and a huge library which they let you join as a visitor for nothing, and give you unlimited free-of-charge internet access daily. Further down Byres road is the subway and it's 4 or 5 stops (and £2.50 for an all-day travel card) into Glasgow Central.

The apartment was very well situated and comfortable. The owners were very hospitable and kind in explaining local attractions, bus routes etc. They also assisted me by storing my luggage in their home until I caught the flight on my last day.
Location
Well located and good public transport. Close to the Kelvingrove Museum.

Beautifully furnished. Comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Great location. Nice personal touch of home-made biscuits left for us on the table.

Kelvingrove Museum - fabulous and free! Local architecture. Restaurants and shops on Byres Road. Close to undergroud rail system.
