High standard of room, bathroom, dining area, food, staff. Much better than you would find in most similar places in England.

A well run B&B with clean, good sized rooms, excellent breakfast and courteous, helpful proprietors. On arrival as we parked our car at the front of the house the owner came out to greet us and help with our luggage. Good value for money too.

Very friendly proprietors and good standard of furnishings, decoration, etc.
Gave good recommendations for restaurants, facilities, etc.
Will use again if in the area.
Location
Great free playground on the promenade.
Good location for travel to Ireland, use of airport, Troon golf and Glasgow by rail. We went to Glasgow and train was excellent, with station very close (short walk) to Beechwood Guest House.
