Lovely welcome. We were treated as one of the family. We would return if in the area and needing accommodation. A very good choice of B&B.

We had a very warm welcome with specially made tea and biscuits. The house was interesting andexceedingly comfortable. The situation and views superb. We received help with local knowledge and generally felt like guests rather than clients.
Location
Beautifully situated looking out over Loch Feochan out of the town but easily accessible by car.

Very friendly welcome; relaxed and informal relationship with hosts; charming accommodation in family home, which is also a working farm; lots of good conversation, and useful information and advice on wild-life, locations to visit, etc; very comfortable bed in clean room with great views; excellent breakfast. Hosts walked with us to look for orchids and red squirrels on the hills above the farm. Scores absolutely full marks as a B&B, so VERY good value.
Location
Hosts very knowledgeable about wild-life, and suggested we explore the Kilmartin glen with its many important historical and archaeological features. Also suggested excellent pubs for supper - Tigh an Truish on Seil island, near 'the Bridge over the Atlantic'; bistrot at the Melfort Hotel, the bar with 'the finest view in western Scotland' (and it probably is!) - and the gardens at Arduaine, etc. The farm is conveniently easy to find, a few miles south of Oban. Highly recommended - we plan to return for a much longer stay when next in the area.

Very warm, helpful welcome from host and hostess, including extras, like afternoon tea when we arrived. Delightful homey atmosphere with interesting antiques and old family portraits etc Hens and sheep nosing around.
Bedroom -lovely outlook with good ensuite facilities, beds were old.
Location
Farm situated well above main road , so quiet( apart from intermittent cockerel at dawn!)
We enjoyed short walk near farm and found easy access to both Oban and Easedale etc
CalMac sail to Tiree was our highlight. Quality restaurant at Melfort: A Shower of Herring

the locality and setting is most beautiful, the accommodation is very comfortable and nice, the bathroom very nice. The lady of the house is a very nice and hospitable person. The breakfast is also very good. All in all it is good value for money.
Location
The area is very pleasing even if we did not have much time to tour around as we were on our way to Mull.
