We were met by Mark who made us all feel very welcome. All the rooms are excellent & the service was second to none. We all left refreshed after a good nights sleep. I would highly recommend this accomodation to friends & family.
Location
Within the area there are many places to visit from Kenmore just down the road to tours of the Aberfeldy Whiskey Distillery. Plus many areas of natural beauty to explore.

the room was tastefully decorated and furnished
the cost was fine, mark and claire were very pleasant hosts, the food was excellent and as we were the only guests we were made to feel very welcome.

Super large room, with a bath ensuite which was much appreciated at the end on myday's canoeing! Hospitality was warm, and breakfasts were good too.

Clean, value for money, friendly but not intrusive, catered for vegan diet.

We liked the local rookery and the way the rooks and jackdaws swooped around in the evening. Good meal at Chillies. Glen Lyon is lovely and it's handy too for Ben Lawers.

We were on a travel through Scotland by bicycles and were totally soaked through when we arrived at
the Balnearn Guesthouse, the "warm" welcome of the owners was so very much appreciated, there was a
drying room available and we were lucky to get all the clothes dried over night.
Fantastic room, large bathroom, brilliant breakfast, really great value for money!!!! We would ever
stay there again!!!
