We arrived early in Ayr and the owner of the Ayr Gatehouse was able to find us accomodation for an extra night. Had lovely accomodation, great breakfast, family environment .

Comfortable room and nice breakfast. The hosts are very friendly and like to talk to their guests.
Location
Ayr has a lovely beach with nice views on the islands. Culzean Castle is worth visiting.

room was good, cleaned well. great breakfast choices. Hosts were wonderful. Great stay.

We were there for the golfing which was great - apart from the weather. Can't do anything about that!

bright, clean room, very welcoming hosts, excellent breakfast and great value for money.

we only spent one night here as we were visiting family locally, we had a lovely walk along the prom on Sunday 31st October, with the sun beating down it was a bonus.

We wanted a room for four people for one night and they were very accommodating and welcoming. There was only two of us had breakfast as two of the guests had to go for an early flight home to Hungary but they missed a real treat. The accommodation was brilliant in that there are not many places that can accommodate four people in one room. All in all everything was fantastic and excellent value for money. We would definately stay again.
Location
We only stayed one night and did not arrive till 9 p.m. so only walked a short distance into town to have a meal and a drink but that was just what we needed. The next day we had a drive back to Leeds so after breakfast we drove home so did not have an opportunity to visit any of the local attractions etc.
