The rooms were of exceptional quality and for a reasonable price. Anne and Brian were lovely and very helpful when we had a medical emergency. Breakfast was great and it is reasonably quick to get into town on the bus from outside their door.

The room was well appointed, clean, warm and comfortable. There was an excellent selection of food available on a morning for breakfast. The proprioters of the hotel were friendly and offered excellent advice on the transport links into Edinburgh and the attractions available.

Location

Public toilets did not seem to be well sign posted and we thought the Edinburgh Dungeons was very disappointing. We were also unsure about what public houses(which served food) welcomed families.

The food was good. They had a large selection and nice portions. The room was very nice. It was even spacious compared to other places we stayed. Every accommodation seemed expensive but that could be from the value of the dollar compared to the pound. We had a car for one night. The parking was a bit difficult due to tight space. The location was great for transportation. The bus stop was right in front.

Location

We loved the Edinburgh Castle. It made the entire trip worthwhile. We also enjoyed the Royal Botanic gardens which were lovely. The bus transportation made it easy to get around anywhere in the city. There was also easy access to get to the airport.

We enjoyed our stay and the owners were very nice. Breakfast was very good (and filling) and gave us a great start for our long days of touring Edinburgh. The only thing that would have made the stay more enjoyable was if the pillows weren't so flat.

Location

Having the bus stop right out front was very convenient. There is also a park right across the street, which is nice for walkers/joggers or families with children.

The room was good, and we enjoy only one breakfast, because we had to leave so early to trips. Breakfast was good and everything was ok. It was wery easy to go to city, because the bus stop was under the window. We liked a lot! Edinburgh is just a beautiful city and we will come back!

Location

Highland trip was wonderful. Edinburgh is so full of history and it is so beautiful and interesting city. We love it! My mother and I enjoyed a lot of Scotland. Wery friendly people, beautiful country and the music, beer and whisky.... LOVELY holiday! Thank you!
