Very nice room with good beds, wonderful fruit at breakfast, and a warm host.
Location
Conveniently located - nearby good restaurants/shops and less than 5 minutes from the underground.

we found Ashton Bed and Breakfast perfect for our needs;most
comfortable,very clean,all the facilities we needed,lovely soft towels and supportive mattress. The hostess was very welcoming,relaxed and friendly. The breakfast was continental,very tempting. We were able to park our car in the private yard as we were perfectly situated for nearby restaurants,exciting buildings to admire and Hillhead subway station to take us further afield. Good value for money.
Location
We enjoyed walking to and exploring the Kelvingrove museum,and thepark around. Also the nearby streets and hidden restuarants and cinema. We were near the Hillhead underground which we used to explore the impressive centre of Glasgow,the city hall,museum of modern art,the Willow tearoms ,the very special Glasgow cathedral. Later we drove to the Burrell exhibition as directed by our host.

Comfortable, clean, well furnished rooms. Breakfast is the best/freshest I have had. The price was low, possibly because the bathroom is shared between 2 bedrooms, but as we used both rooms it was perfectly fine. If you have 3 - 5 guests needing quality B&B in the West End this is the place.
The hospitality of the owners, Marian and Frank, is even better than the accommodation. Such kind people! I'm going back.
Location
At the junction with Byres Road and University Avenue, we were dropping the daughters off at freshers week. The University is across the Avenue and it's about 25 mins walk or £3 mini cab to Murano student village. Byres Road is packed with large & small shops, wide range of bars & restaurants, Underground station. Botanic Gardens are 5 mins walk, Kelvingrove 10 mins.

Central location a major bonus. Owners were very friendly, room was clean and well presented. Breakfast was just what we required. Will definitely stay there again, no hesitation in recommending it.

The hospitality from Marion and Franck was brilliant. This B&B is excellent. I hope that I will be able to visit again Glasgow and stay in this so cosy B&B so well located.
