The standard of accommodation was fantastic. The hospitality was excellent.
Location
We used the facility to go playing golf. It was a 5 min drive from Kilmarnock Barassie golf coarse which was excellent.

The stay at Arran Gardens was delightful. The room was very clean and comfortable and we were made very welcome. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice and everything was well presented. Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon was excellent with the added touch of fresh fruit offered beforehand. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wanted to visit Troon. Also very good value for money.

We were in Troon visiting parents - a big birthday celebration with lots of family from all over the country (and abroad).

the standard of all aspects of this b&b are of the highest quality. Everything is immaculate, the food is first class and the hospitality of the owner is wonderful.Would definately have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone and will certainly use this place again.
Location
We were using this place as a stopover for the ferry to Ireland which was very convenient as the ferry terminal was nearby.
