Nice rooms, super hospitality, good possibility for parking, only thing that is not so nice is the noise and ligth from the street

The ensuite room was very comfortable & cosy. The facilities were always fresh and clean. The cooked breakfasts were excellent and good value. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of tea and coffee provided in the room and a little fridge which was handy.
Location
Armadale House has a Bus Stop outside the door and one across the road, so it is easy to catch a bus into town.It is a short walk to a large shopping centre and several pubs.Not far to a very pretty river and within walking distance to beautiful undercover "Winter Gardens". It was snowing heavily when we went and we didn't have a car so we mainly looked at attractions around the town such as the Art Gallery, The very old Lord Provost Skeins House, The Maritime museum. old churches & lots of shopping ! We travelled there to visit our daughter who had just had a baby so that made the trip special too.

It's so good and the rooms were very clean and big. It was near the center and here we had a lot of fun... The breakfast was very good.

We stay very well into the rooms, good for quality/money, excellent hospitality, if we'll turn in Scotland we'll go there.

We visit many historical places as Pitti and castles and old towns. We visit countries end mountains, ocean end loch...
