Good value for money, clean, excellent breakfast, very helpful and friendly service throughout. Freda provided local information in relation to health related facility. Highly recommended

On the edge of the city with Bus stop outside door with easy access to all areas

The guest house was very clean and the owner was very friendly, lovely breakfast. The road outside was very noisy as we were in a room facing the road but all in all a nice place

The standard of the room, hospitaility, facilties and food were all excelent and its location on a main bus route meant excellent transport into the centre and University which was our reason for visiting. The only downside was traffic noise at night due to the location on a main road at a junction and a bus stop, espeialy during the week.
Location
The old town area of which the University is partly located is very nice and the seafront. Driving out into the countryside the scenery is stunning.

hospitality was outstanding!! freda was really nice, warm and helpful.
the room was clean and well designed. very good atmosphere.
breakfast was fine.
good value for money.
Location
situated close to the center, traffic was a little bit noisy.
the river dee just behind the guest house was lovely for a morning walk
and 10 minutes walk there was the beautiful winter garden, worth a visit.
