- Rooms are very clean. - people are very friendly. - Toilets are 5 stars standard. - breakfast - cleaning rooms in daily bases.

The host were so kind and helpful, help us on many occasions, with transport and getting around Aberdeen. The rooms were very nice and tidy, TV and free wi-fi. The food was excellent, very tasty, we had time to eat cooked Scottish breakfast just morning but it was great, sorry we couldn't stay longer. For the money you pay you get a lot, I'm definitely very satisfied with my stay there, great place and great people!

I was there on work so unfortunately I didn't have time for sightseeing. But the house is very close to the railroad and the bus stations - just 20 minutes walking and there is a bus stop just next to the house on 10 meters. There is Sainsbury's 5 mins away.
