Hosts very nice and accommodating, room satisfactory, bathroom functional but space inadequate, breakfast very good. Parking was adequate but in a designated area up on the curb of a public street at the rear of the B&B; I had expected it would be on property part of the B&B. Overall stay a good value. Most B&Bs we've stayed at have a common area for sitting, etc. We were unaware of one here if it existed.
Location
Location very convenient for walking and bus transportation, although at a busy intersection on a very busy street, which made it noisier than would have liked, but not objectionally so.

The accommodation was excellent value for money. Our hosts were very helpful, if there was something you particularly wanted they would get it for you if they didn't already supply. We
couldn't fault the breakfast, a vast array of goodies!

We as a family are not strangers to Aberdeen, however we were there for the university open day, the location of the guest house was perfect, 5 minutes walk from the uni. Also 10 minutes walk from the town centre. It helped that we had good weather that day as it meant we could walk everywhere, but, had the weather been bad, we were also on one of the many reliable bus routes that Aberdeen provides.

Fairly small room, but comfortable. Had hair dryer, shower. Good breakfast.
Location
Worth visiting the University and Duthie Park.
Good centre for visiting Deeside and Stonehaven.

Location
Visiting son at Uni, but have always enjoyed Aberdeen as people are friendly and eating houses great.
