one of our rooms was lovely - very quiet; the other room was very spacious and very nice was noisy (due to traffic)
The breakfast was excellent and the staff in general very friendly.
It was very good value for money and we enjoyed our stay and would be recommending it to friends and family.

Friendly, efficient and very helpful staff. Quiet room away from the street as requested. Clean, with daily housekeeping completed early in the day. Very good breakfast with lovely hostess making sure you had everything you wanted or needed. Room was small but well laid out.
Location
Location is excellent, with such close proximity to the Kelvingrove Museum, University of Glasgow, major bus routes and the pick up point for tourist touring bus of Glasgow. Pleasant 25 minute walk from the downtown shopping area.
