The hospitiality, general curtsey and kindness was excellent.
Location
Good variety of restaurants, pipers in the street and a few tourist shops open in the evening. This was just as I needed it as I was only in Inverness over night.

The room that was allocated to us was wonderful. Gave you a warm and welcome feeling. We felt right at home after checking in. The staff is warm and very hoospitable.. Always addressing us with a smile. Very pro... with excellent breakfast... all that you would ever need. Very conveniently located so you do not spend too much on travelling within Inverness.

Extremenly pleasant and courteous staff. Clean rooms, well eqipped for short stay.

The host was very accommodating. I am in a wheelchair and the facilities or this were very good. Unortunatly due to an early start, I did no have the breakfast. I will however be returning very soom nd will cetainly make sure I get brreakfast next time!

I only got a quick look around the shops, which were good. I was literally only in Iiinverness overnight and away first thing in the morning, so did not gt the opportunity to go sightseeing. I taxi journey to the guest house ws very picturesque as it was along the river and near to the cathdral and castle.

Good, central location with fine restaurants nearby, on the riverbank. Friendly staff. Our two single rooms were clean, but on the small side, especially the bathroom and the shower were way too small for my 2-metres-tall friend!
Location
We only stayed two nights, had rented a car for the day in between to go to Loch Ness and sightseeing in the area (+ Muir of Ord Whisky Distillery).

The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The room was excellent and always cleaned very well. Location is very good for the centre of Inverness and the breakfast was nice.

We went on the Loch Ness cruise which was brilliant, I would recommend it especially on a sunny day!
