Great location. Nice rooms. Great hospitality. We loved the breakfast.

We just stayed over night so there was no time for visiting tourist facilities.

Location
went to Runrig concert so guesthouse is very central for Looch ness pity no one can do anything about the weather!!

Rooms were large with good bathroom faclities, excellently located near the centre of town with adequate on street parking. Friendly and helpful staff ensured a pleasant stay.
Decoration was quite old fashioned.
Needing to order breakfast the previous evening was slightly strange.
Somewhat expensive, being a family of five we needed two rooms but at least the family room designed for three really had room for three.
Location
We enjojed particularily the boat trips on Loch Ness nearby and on the Moray Firth even if the Dolphins were as elusive as Nessie.

Location to city, friendliness of staff.
Location
Located in Inverness it is a perfect location for exploring the highlands. We went right to the north coast, to the Isle of skye and to some of the many castles and attractions.

The room, the decoration and the comphortability was outstanding. The building was great, we love the building and the room, the only little thing that make me to click excellent and not outstanding is that the attention isnīt totally individualy as in the next guest house that I went to in Skye Isle, nevertheless it was very, very well and with an outstanding localitation.
Location
The location was outstanding as it was near Ness River and it took us only ten pleasure minutes walking to the centre, I mean, that the walk to the centre was pretty.

Room was a reasonable size, clean and tidy with adequate towels, tea, coffee and biscuits. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of food, timely service and friendly staff. We stayed for one night only between cottage accommodation - whilst Ardross Guest House wasn't cheap, I doubt we would have saved much money elsewhere.
Location
The Highlands are a beautiful place to visit, and Inverness is a lovely city. To really explore the highlands, I would recommend travelling a fair distance in view of the vastness of the country to really appreciate what this region has to offer.

Room was very comfotable,bathroom clean and well decorated.food was excellent-good range of choices.Hostess gave a warm welcome and was bright and cheery throughout our stay & nothing was too much trouble be it providing information on places to dine,directions.All staff at Ardross G.H.were helpful
Location
we stayed in Inverness to attend the Runrig concert at Drumnadrochit.Inverness has excellent pubs serving good food,a super shopping centre as well as lots of smaller private shops.The Ardross is in an excellent position being only a few minutes walk from the city centre
