Very good, just like a small hotel!
Pros - Shower in room, a TV with freeview, good breakfast and well managed.
Cons - Toilet seat was broken, breakfast only served until 9:30am which for a late riser like myself is a bit hard and lightswitch for the ensuite was awkwardly placed behind the door.
Would definitely stay there again.
Location
Very close to Eden Court which I was where my conference was being held so very good location. Just situated off the Ness so nice area to walk about. Pubs and clubs just across the bridge.

Overall pleasant stay, clean and tidy.
TV was small, borbon biscuits(3 between 2) were broken in the packet and bath mat was damp on our arrival. The cistern for the toilet was leaking slghtly but these are minor points.
Location
Staying for the marathon so it was a flying visit

Everyone in our group was very satisfied. As tour leader I felt it was good for the price. The hospitality was great except for some of the ladies serving at breakfast.
Location
We used this as a base for going into the highlands for two days.

Ardross Guest House we found was excellent value for money in respect of the high standard of our room(room 15), the quality of breakfast, the friendliness of staff, the general peacefulness of the street and close viscinity to Inverness city centre (5mins) and the cathedral (2mins).
Location
Ardross Guest House is within easy driving distance to many historic sites and places of interest. 2 places of historic interest we found captivating were Culloden battlefield(20mins)and Urquart castle(35mins).
