we had a wonderfull time there and the staff led by margaret was nothing short of wonderfull, they were polite and helpfull and helped us setlein very easily the accomodation was also very centrally located in so far as it was just a pleasent walk to main district out of 100, i would give it 100 no question about it if i go back to inverness i will stay in ardross guest house again thank you ............................... kevin

Bright, large airy room. All staff very friendly and helpful.
Excellent location, easy walking distance into town, riverbank walks etc.,

Were in Inverness to see Rod Stewart play at the football stadium.
Excellent visit from start to finish.

I stayed in a triple room with two children of mine. There was a lot of space and the children loved the beds, which were very comfortable with lots of pillows. They also loved the bathroom with lovely shower and they appriciated central heatin being on although it was July. Hospitality tray was regulary topped. But what we loved best was the hospitality of the staff including their help with matters out of their concern, ie. they made a doctor's appointment for my son. Thank you very much and we hope to be back the next year.
Location
We strolled down the river in both directons - towards the islands and towards the sea. We would recommend that to all the visitors.

Room appeared to be dated, bathroom small, especially the shower. Breakfast excellent. Location very good.

We wanted accommodation near to the attractions of Inverness, and were surprised to find we could stay at a fairly low cost. However, we were disappointed to find that we were put into a room on the ground floor of the house next door to the Ardross, which was connected at the rear of the properties. The room had a faintly unsanitory smell,and the window opened onto a storage yard, but the bathroom etc was adequate. The stairs ran behind and over the room so it was noisy, and it was next to the kitchen and dining room so early morning activity woke us up. However, the breakfast was good, and the female staff were pleasant.
Location
The accommodation was within walking distance of the river and castle, and the shopping centre of Inverness. We were able to walk from the railway station with our suitcases.

friendly, helpful staff. Good size room. Toilet/shower room furnishings not as expected. Tiny handbasin with poor water control. However, good value for money.

great location with parking by roadside. Central but quite. Near Eden Court.
