A really good Guest House, and quite cheap. It was quiet and clean and the stuff was very friendly.

Location

It has good bus connection to the city centre

When we arrived the host could not find our booking even though we had booked at least 4 months in advance. We were initially shown to a very basic room with no ensuite and when we stated that we would be asking for a reduction, we were shown to a different room which was a slight improvement and had an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom had no nice touches such as soaps, shower caps, etc. There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room but no biscuits. The owner seemed to have spent the minimum to make the stay enjoyable. At breakfast time all the guests were herded around 2 tables. The cooked breakfast was ok and the shower facilities were reasonable. The house is fairly run down and needs money spent on it to tidy it up before I would consider staying there again. As it stands I could not recommend it to any friends.

This is a very good b&b. The double room was spacious enough with everything in it. This place provides excellent value for money, though it is not hilton ... the tv didn't work. Other than that everything was fine. The hosts were friendly and very nice.

Location

The place is few minutes drive from the city centre. AFAIK there are frequent buses that run next to this b&b and go to the centre. Walking to the centre might take 20 (maybe more) minutes. Opposite to the place is a big supermarket.
