The room was of excellent standard and the hospitality was pricessless, so lovely and attentive, brilliant value for money, this being our second visit and we would definately book them again for our next trip back to Scotland.

The location was excellent, in easy walking distance to the city centre. It was ok value for money considering the location and the quality of breakfast was excellent. The bathroom facilities were of a good standard, however I feel that the room needed alot of work. It was clean but there were a few areas of the room that needed some attention, such as the broken cement on the floor and the paper sign door number.

Location

Fantastic, defiantly revisit.

The standard of the room was excellent as was the location. The price reflected this and we all enjoyed our stay(2 adults, one 4 yr old). Our only mi or compaint would be that breakfast was very slow to arrive and came in fits and starts, however it was delicous.

Location

A 5 minute trip in to town makes this the ideal spot for any travellers.

Moderate sized room, bedside lights both sides of bed, dresser and moderate sized armour, sink in room. Bathroom in hall, nicely appointed, warm. Floors squeaked. Breakfast was nice but not as full as other places that charged the same fee.

Location

Many buses half block or less away. Large shopping plaza very close. All the Edenburgh attractions.

Very clean, with excellent showers and plenty of hot water. Breakfast lacked fresh fruit. Friendly staff. About an hours walk from Royal Mile and main attractions, should be considered. All in all would recommend if you don't mind being a little further from the main center.
