Hospitality was the best ever at a B&B. The kind owners are Dutch and "living their dream". They went beyond the call of duty to cater to our every need, without being intrusive!

Location

Lovely walks starting at the Ben Nevis visitor centre!

The rooms were comfortable and the breakfasts were great. Lack of a lounge area to sit in the evening was disappointing especially when internet didn't connect in one of the bedrooms. The only other thing that could be added was that the house is situated on a hill and walking up and down the hill to get to the shops/restaurants was daunting for people who have high blood pressure or joint problems. It didn't bother me but did for my sister and brother in law.Other than that I was very happy with my stay there.

It was easy to find. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely. The breakfasts had fresh fruit and everything was cooked for us.We really enjoyed our stay.

Location

This was a very good place to base ourselves for exploring the area. We went to Skye, Loch Ness and the Glencoe valley.

Everything about Ardblair was excellent, the only reason for not rating outstanding was the steep climb from the town to the guest house.

Location

Visited Anoch Mor (Nevis Range), Neptunes Staircase and the 'Jacobite' (Harry Potter) train journey to Mallaig all were excellent
