The room layout made it rather cramped and very little desk/sitting space. Owners welcome with tea and cake was most acceptable. Good establishment with views over the sea. Good parking and excellent food. Largs is a busy town with lots of choice restaurants.

Very well appointed. Friendly and helpful management .Food splendid. Good view. Steps adequate for upstairs room but a lift would have been helpful.

We came to LARGS to visit a friend and did so, but got the bonus of a wonderful seaside town with a remarkable view of the islands grouped there. If we'd known, we'd have stayed longer to take the ferry, etc.

I thought it was excellent value for money. Sandie and David are very hospitable and served wonderful breakfasts. The room was lovely.
Location
I travelled by car to Ardrossan, caught the ferry to Arran and hopped on a bus that took me round the South side and then on another bus to take me round the North side. The day ticket costs 5-40 but there were looming clouds so returned on next ferry. I had planned to go up the central pass and back as well.

rom was very comfortable, we couldn't have wished for better hospitality,facilities excellant and the food was perfect.
Location
the views were out of this world.. we enjoyed trip on the waverley.largs has wonderful scenery. we found scotland a lot cleaner than england and it was a pleasure to see the noise abatement society at work in largs as we don't have this in england.
