Beautiful location with views over the bay from my room. The owners could not have been kinder and more helpful, they're were very welcoming. The B&B is beautifully decorated and the breakfast in the morning delicious. I can't fault it at all and it was great value for money. Would recommend it to anyone.

I was actually on a course at Kelburn so the B&B was only minutes in the way in the car which made it ideal. Kelburn was also in a fantastic location.

The accommodation was of highest quality in everyway ... beautifully furnished,elegant presentation,warm hospitality, excellent breakfast selection. Very highly recommended!

This was our first bed breakfast it was like a first class hotel great value for money room comfortable nice and clean great sea views david and sandie cant do enough for you they are so kind and make you feel at home. Cant wait to go back next year

The Room we had was very comfortable and the decor was pretty. The Ensuite Facilities were also very Good.The veiw of the Sea was fantastic both in our Room and in the Dinning /Sitting room for the Guests. Breakfast was Great , Excellent choice of Hot and Cold Items,It was served exactly at the time we requested and the service was both friendly and professional. We felt very welcome as a family. The B&B is just a 3-5Min drive from the centre of Largs /Or a Nice 20min walk on a Good day, there was loads to do in Largs and definitely worth a 2 nite visit. I would recommend this B&B to anyone for Friendly Service , quality rooms and Food , and location for bother Views and visiting the Town of Largs.

Attractions Including Vikingar-An excellent View into the Life and Times of Vikings( Great for my 7yr Old Son) , there is also a swimmimg Pool and Soft Play within the Vikinggar Building. Additionally there are Lovely walks a views for miles along the Beaches inlcuding a Lovely Kids lay ground for families. For teanagers there is amusements and Bowling. For everyone wonderful Restaurants /Cafes and Sweet shops round every corner. We visited and Enjoyed Nardinis, The Brisbane Hotel( Next Door to Nardinis) , the Bean Leaf.....
