The accommodation was comfortable and well kept. It was also fully furnished and easy to find. Given that we didn't cook much, its proximity to the town centre and the takeaways is ideal. Good value for money.

Location

There are loads to do in Aviemore in the summer, probably more than in the winter. My brother loved the golf in Spey Valley across the town. My sister-in-law enjoyed the reindeer trekking. I even found a wee stone circle in town. Overall, the accommodation was close enough to all these activities.

Location

Aviemore is superb for visiting, the wildlife park and funicular railway up Cairngorm are very good

Leisure centre, MacDonald hotel. Cairgorn Mountain. Dalwinnie. Blair Castel - Blair Athol - the best day!!!

The appartment was clean and in an ideal location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location

The appartment is located right beside the McDonald resort which is ideal for the kids (aged 3 and 7). Plenty of shops, restaurants and take away places near by. We used the local pool and the park (5 mins walk away from the appartment to the McDonald resort's leisure centre). We visited Landmark (7 miles north) and the Highland Park (7 miles south). The Steam train is only 10 minutes walk away but was a disappointment for the kids (train was pretty run down and was very expensive for what you got - one hour and half journey which the kids found boring. Landmark and the Highland Park more than made up for it though and we will definitely come back again. Next time we will definitely try the fun house and the National Park.

The Apartment was well equipped.

Location

We had a lovely holiday our kids especially loved visiting the Highland Wildlife Park, Landmark and the Cairngorms.
