A very good location to explore the gateway to the highlands from the room was most comfortable and the host most welcoming and the breakfast is worth the money on its own

Location

The number and variety of restaurants very close to the Guest House is outstanding. The Balloch Castle grounds are worth visiting for an evening stroll.

We enjoyed our stay at Anchoreage Guest House,it was well situated for our needs,local transport ect.the ouners where very welcoming and help full,the breakfast was very good,the only criticism was that the room was to small. John/Bev Watts

The room was very cosy and perfect for one nights stay. The only problem was the lock for the door got stuck and my partner had to climb out of the window!

The standard of the Achorage guest House was very high,spotlessly clean,food very good,hospitality first class.
