The House is nice, clean and the breakfast is good, but our bathroom is not en suite (I have been told about before coming though)

The location is good, quite close to the city center, not too expensive

goodlooking place, clean rooms and bed,towels, very good hospitality and near centrum ans all facilities.

very central just 10 minutes walk far from edinburgh's centrum, castle, touristic area, restaurants and pub just 5 minutes walk

The room was lovely overlooking the Edinburgh Castle.Our hosts Cathy and Lyn did more for us than was expected of them.The breakfast was lovely.They cater from full breakfast down to continental.They organized out tours,gave us maps which made getting around very easy.Once again thank you.I would send all my friends there

We spent a day touring the Highlands by bus.The guide was very experienced in his driving and there seem to be nothing he did not know about the trip thank you

I was warmly welcomed by the proprietor, who I found to me most helpful.
The room I occupied was really nice and the bed extremely comfortable.
I have intentions of returning to Edinburgh for a longer stay as and when my financial situation allows me.
Location
I enjoyed my two day stay in Edinburgh, and only wish I have enough money to stay for a longer time.
I have plans to return to Edinburgh in the very near future, and plan to take an excursion or tour of the attractions.

The room was wonderful...very cosy..with very clean bathroom.
Location
Close to the centre although walking was a bit tiring due to the existence of numerous uphills!!
However location of the Amaryllis guest house was very good, 15-20 minutes from royal mile.
