Good value for money, nice clean room with character. Accomodating hosts - you can have breakfast, for instance, earlier than set times as there is access to fridge in the dining room. At this price, best good value guesthouse we've stayed in in Glasgow.
Location
Excellent location just across from Kelvinbridge underground (looks more confusing to reach from the map).

I'd rate the place as excellent but for the modesty of the rooms--an old house refurbished perhaps on a slim budget, a few loose tiles, creaky beds. Yet nothing's in poor taste, the breakfast was good, quiet classical music and candlelight, a bookshelf, good coffee and teas; the hosts extended kind courtesy and left you to your business--what more do you need? A fine choice.
Location
Nice locale: easy walk along the Kelvin River to Kelvingrove Museum, the Botanical Gardens, and Glasgow University.

We had a pleasant welcome and unobtrusive attention during our stay.
The room was spacious, clean, warm , comfortable and inviting. It was a pleasure to be able to sit in the comfy armchairs.
Lovely soft good quality towels. We liked the ecologically friendly message about towel changing.
We liked the absence of "Rules" notices but felt secure that standards were expected and that guests would not be able to run riot.
Lovely breakfast, great abience.Far better than a cooked breakfast.
Good value as a small family.
Location
Able to park in the street .Very valuable indeed.
Proximity to subway,fantastic.
Great location generally.Feels safe after dark.
Easy walk to the University, ideal for visiting student children.
Pleasant level walk to the Botanics.Interesting and enjoyable even for the unconverted gardener
Science centre was very good but check opening times and route. Lousy signing from the subway and closed early the day we went.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent service, the guesthouse was placed in nice surroundings - the only thing we could possibly complain about is that the rooms carpet could have been vacuum cleaned ...
Location
Very nice location, close to the Botanic garden, the charming Byres road, the University & the Mackintosh House.

Clean, Newly furnished, nice satin pillows, personalised service during breakfast for hot toast, value for money. We had a very pleasant stay there. Considering we had a baby, the Amadeus Guest House provided us with a baby cot free of charge and brought us into our room hussle free even though we arrived late at night.
Location
near to kelvingrove museum, park and university of glasgow. all these are within walking distance. We spent our last day walking around the first 2 attractions, made it back for check out during noon and then continue to the university of glasgow till 4pm before collecting our luggage from the Amadeus to go the the train station. Very convenient. city centre is also 4 stops away from subway or a short taxi ride out that cost abt 5 pounds.
