Nobody was there when I arrived Sunday evening 9 pm to open the door and accept me- I am 74 year sold and that caused anxieties for me , if i would come in in the first night and find the keys.

Lovely clean, comfortable and large triple room. Beautiful bathroom with high quality fixtures and fittings. Very pleased with staff and their help on our very first visit to Glasgow. Very varied choice for breakfast and plenty of it. Enjoyed being able to come and go with our own front door key as we were late back one evening. They recommended the Lansdowne bar and kitchen to eat in so we booked a table. What a find-tucked away up a side street only 2 mins walk away. Very welcoming staff and superb food. We ate there twice and great both times. Subway only a stones through away from Amadeus, so excellent for trips to city centre. Will definitely visit Amadeus again in the future. Highly recommended. Please pass on comments to all at the Amadeus. Excellent value for money!

Location

Lansdown bar and kitchen, Lansdown crescent-brilliant! Can't comment on attractions-only there for Commonwealth games, but what we saw was lovely.
