Very pleasant, quiet, tidy neat room, all theesentials great landlady friendly and warm, large rooms for the money, breakfast was good, nice easy relaxed atmosphere to the whole place.
Location
Loads of information about in the property, landlady very knowledgeable about local bus timetable and attractions and directions.

The facilities and the cleanliness was outstanding. Loved every bit of the stay!

The accommodation was lovely,i felt the food at breakfast let it down as it was a small cooked meal.

The guest house was a little further away from the centre than i anticipated,not a very walkable distance

Our room was very comfortable & clean, with first class en-suite facilities.Our hosts Lou and Ada are a lovely warm and friendly couple, who made us feel very welcome.Breakfasts were very good, served by our smiling and cheerful hostess, a great way to start a day.
Location
Alph Guest House is well placed,with bus stops practically on the doorstep and a first class restaurant within easy walking distance.Edinburgh is a great city, with something for all ages and an ideal base for touring lowland Scotland.
