Cleanliness and facilities in the room were good. Food and hospitality was very good. When booking we were told the room had a private bathroom, but on arrival we found to our dismay that it was to be shared with one other guest.
Location
Ideal central base for many historic attractions and places of interest etc. Inverness had many varied eating establishments and excellent shopping facilities.

It is a comfortable house. Bedroom was neat, bed comfortable and facilities proper. There was a shared bathroom which was great. I took a little time to master the shower! Breakfast was excellent.
We had a good welcome and would return. Access is easier coming from the east.

I was there on business and know Inverness and the north fairly well.

I was greeted with a warm welcome and my room was cosy and presentable. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout.
Location
I was close to the town centre and the by-pass was also easily accessible.

The room was very clean and well laid out, from the minute i walked in i was made to feel welcome, pointed in the right direction for food which was just across the road and again a nice pub with good food. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was first class. I will certainly stay there again if i am up in that area again.
Location
Only used the accomodation as an overnight stay on my way home not as a base for touring.

the welcome and facilities contained in the room were well thought, practical and comforting.
Location
very handy for the Inshes part of town. And despite a main road location offerred quiet and tranquil accommodation.
