Enjoyable stay in charming & characterful Victorian B&B overlooking tennis courts & Kelvingrove Park. Our room was not en-suite (washbasin only) but was otherwise well-appointed and comfortable and we had virtual sole use of adjacent bathroom. Good breakfast buffet and very friendly and helpful owners. We're planning to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
Location
Excellent location for Kelvingrove Museum & Park, University area and Waterside Museum. Lots of very good retaurants, in a variety of price ranges, within a few minutes walk (so far can recommend The Sisters, Mother India's Cafe, Cafe Salma and Konaki Greek Taverna; others also look interesting.
Also a good base for central Glasgow - under 30 mins on foot or the 23 bus takes you to / from Central Sation in about 15 minutes.

we were very happpy with our accommodation, freindliness of staff and the overall place.
Location
We found it very central to our requirements, easy access to buses, walking distance to good pubs, attractions, and was most impressed with the hop on hop off buses the bus driver dropped us off close to our place of accommodation. The friendliness of everyone was very impressive.
