Excellent location,bus stop very close to the house, kind staff,great food and customer care.
Location
Arthur`s seat is within a very short walk and so are the Meadows Park and the city.

Accomodation in Victorian house, very kindly owners.

Stayed for the one night after travelling down from Fort William. Only a mile and half into central Edinburgh (National Museum) and on a major bus route. Just under a mile to Arthurs seat. Lovely quiet twin room with a great view of Arthurs Seat. Jill, the owner, even had small maps for the local area and recommended somewhere fantastic to eat that evening. Free Wi Fi and a cracking cooked breakfast meant our stay was an enjoyable one. Highly recommended A+ Worth arriving after 5, as parking may be difficult earlier.

Easy access to central Edinburgh via frequent buses or walking in. Very close to Arthur's seat and surrounding park land.

Very clean and comfortable with a real homely, and friendly atmosphere. Ideally located in the City, but out of the main busy area. Most welcoming place to stay.

Couldn't fault the facilities for cleanliness and extras, nice breakfast, bus-stop handy to town and eating places (especially the yummy meals at 'the Salisbury Arms') close by. My friend had a problem with the 41 steps! The Host/esses were very obliging.

The host was very kind and friendly. Our Room was spacious and had a great view on Arthurs Seat. Good Breakfast.
Location
The main attractions, like Edinburgh Castle, can be reached in a short time by bus. The bus station is a few minutes walk from Ardenair Guesthouse.
