The owners were friendly and helpful with local information, and were interested in what we had done. The breakfasts were excellent. Windows were small which made the room stuffy.

The room we had was spotless and recently decorated. The bed was comfortable and the linen of good quality. As my husband was attending the Scottish Open Golf tournament he had an early breakfast whilst I was able to have a later breakfast. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices of cereals, fresh fruit, and a cooked breakfast. The hospitality tray in our room had twin packs of good quality biscuits and lots of milk which were replenished daily. There was a large car parking area to the rear of the building and a guests lounge was tastefully furnished and comfortable. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. We would most certainly use this accommodation again.
Location
There were many good quality restaurants close to the accommodation and the shopping centre was also within a 10 minute walk.

The owners are very welcoming. The rooms very clean and tidy. Nothing seems to be to much trouble for them, they will go out of their way to help. A really good place to stay

Excellent room , clean and very well equipped and warm. Very easy walk to the town centre and we were given good info about where to go and what to do. Delicious breakfast and hospitality very pleasant.
Location
Loved the boat trip up Loch Ness on Jacobite and the Culloden Battle fields.

Outstanding facilities (shower), very clean, big room, excellent breakfast, very good location, nice hosts. One of the best B&B's we've come across in Scotland so far.
Location
Inverness is a beautiful city, nice people.
