Very clean and well kept rooms and bathroom. Good value for money. Very friendly owners. Breakfast was good and plentiful, with fresh fruit and yoghurt, as well as freshly roasted bacon. The owners were very willing to please us and made sure we had what we requested.
The only thing I was not too pleased about was that I was told I would have to share the bathroom with just one other person on the floor, but this was not the case. More people used our shower and toilet. And when I waited for everyone to use it, I was accused of making noises late into the evening. Unfortunate.
Location
It is a 15 minute walk from the main attractions of town, and about 10 minutes from the University of Aberdeen. Yet it is on a very peaceful and quiet street, lined with houses with nicely kept gardens, that leads directly to the heart of town.

Very clean. Room was lovely, t.v. and tea and coffee. Fresh towels and sheets were provided. Great value. Breakfast was great and staff were very friendly and really helpful.

Location was very central only 15 mins walk to the university and 20mins walk into the city centre. Also was on the bus route.

The accommodation was of a high standard of furnishings and cleanliness, the hospitality and service was second to none.
The accommodation is in the locality of my daughters residence and therefore was idealy placed for me. The only draw back was having to park on the road. But as Ivon assured me all was well.
