The room, although very small, was adiquite, the staff were very friendly, and the food good. Sadly, because of the Edinburgh Festival, I felt that the cost of the small single room was rather over priced.
Location
The Hotel was quite some distance from the city center, although a regular bus service was available with bus stops close to the Hotel.

Value for money. Very good situated to go into town. Bussservice nearby. Has a restaurant with god meals. Great hospitality.

Room need renovation. Too expensive, maybe because of the Edinburgh Festival. But owners are friendly and helpful. Good Bus connection to the centre.

Room was tired & dated with a number of missing lightbulbs and distinct cigarette smell in bathroom. Excellent Cooked breakfast.
