Situated on a quiet road overlooking tennis courts and a bowling green, this beautiful Victorian listed building provides a superb base to discover the Scottish Borders and Dumfries & Galloway. We offer our guests excellent service and we will endeavour to make your stay a memorable one. On arrival, tea and coffee will be served with traditional Scottish shortbread.

We have three comfortable and well appointed en-suite bedrooms, two of which have been recently upgraded and refurbished. Each room is equipped with flat screen TV, hairdryer and hospitality tray. We also provide bathrobes and a selection of toiletries. All of our guest accommodation is on the ground floor and is suitable for those with moderate mobility difficulties

Breakfast is served in our dining room at a pre-arranged time to suit your needs. We will do our utmost to make your breakfast a special occasion,
whatever your preferences are. We have an elegant lounge where you can relax anddecide where to dine for the evening with a complimentary aperitif. We also have a selection of games and books.

Moffat is an historic spa town and is one of the prettiest in Scotland. Conveniently situated just off the M74, Moffat is a wonderful location to relax and enjoy the spectacular countryside
There is plenty of activities for everyone including water sports, walking, fishing, golf, wildlife and gardens. There are also many local walks with stunning views.
